I walked in to HV Creative Jewellery on a recommendation. I went to three other shops before with no success. I had a picture of a design I wanted for my wedding band that would have to be custom built around my current engagement ring. When I went into the other jewellery stores everyone just looked at the picture and told me no, said that I have to go through the manufacturer, and if I was to get it custom done which I did, that it would be big bucks but they would never give me a quote.
My luck changed when I walked into HV Creative Jewellery, when I showed Vo my picture he immediately started sketching out how it would look, instead of just trying to sell me an average band under the glass and talk me into something different, he was giving me solutions. I just picked up the finish product yesterday and I truly couldn't be happier! It is beyond my expectations. It was a pleasure dealing with such passionate people. Thank you!
My fiancee and I went in looking for a wedding band for her after hearing Vo worked very well with my grandmother. As my fiancee's engagement ring is fairly unique, we were having difficulty finding a matching wedding band, hence we inquired about a custom ring. We came back after our initial inquiry to see a rendering of a couple beautiful ring designs. One on their recommendation, and the other what we asked for. Vo happily spent time making modifications to the designs and we soon found our dream wedding band!
Vo was very knowledgeable on the subject, but is also great at conveying it. He was thorough, cost conscientious, non-pressuring, friendly, and ultimately seemed like he had our best interest in mind. We will be more than happy to purchase our custom wedding band here with plans to purchase extensions to the design in the future!
I just picked up my newly designed wedding band and it's gorgeous! The staff are so attentive and spent a lot of time helping me. It was wonderful seeing the computer images. The workmanship is excellent coupled with the warm and friendly atmosphere I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HV Creative Jewellery.
Just picked up my re-styled engagement band and it is "WOW!" It's even more beautiful than anticipated, although Vo was able to show me the computer design before it was done. It was a very exciting experience to recreate a unique band from something that was very traditional and worn out. Vo is exceptionally skilled and helpful in assuring that what you choose is exactly what suits you. I couldn't be happier with the finished piece. It truly is a work of art. Vo and his family have a 'gem' of a business which exudes competence and confidence.
Vo is an incredible artist. It’s nice going in and knowing that you are in the hands of someone extremely capable of such detailed and personal work! Billy allows you to really picture the ring on with his quick 3D design work. It’s so nice to see a family business continuing to grow.
